Zoe Calice skirt by Mapoésie (Paris, France) printed with chalice motifs and made of cotton poplin. Straight cut, mid-calf length, side bow, and right-side slit. One size fits most (36 to 42).
Screen printing: This technique involves applying screens successively to the fabric, stretched over long printing tables several tens of meters long. One screen per color is required, and the superposition of the different colors creates the final pattern. This technique demands great meticulousness. Two workers per table are needed to apply the screens and print each color. This ancient technique requires precision and patience to reveal the colors one by one and create the pattern. A complete color fixation process is then required to obtain the final result.
