Mirlett offers you the possibility of returning your purchases within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided that the products purchased have not been used and are in perfect condition.
To make returns by mail you must follow the following steps:
1.1 – Contact us via email email@example.com for instructions.
1.2 – Shipping charges, customs or other fees are not refundable.
1.3 – We offer returns with pick-up service for most countries with a flat rate fee that will be deducted from your refund.

1.4 – Returned items will be carefully inspected. When the product is in perfect condition and with the internal labels, the corresponding amount will be paid, during the 3-4 days following the receipt of the return, in the same way as they were paid.
2.1- We do not offer the possibility of changing size, color or product. If you wish, you will have to make a new purchase and return the items you do not want on your own.
3. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURNS
By mail: To return a defective item you must follow the following steps:
3.1 – Contact us immediately through our email firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions.
3.2 – Once the item is received, mirlett.com will proceed to carefully examine the returned product. In the event that the item is defective, we will proceed to change it. The change will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 7 days after the reception in mirlett.com of the article. In the case of not having stock, the amount will be returned within 7 days. In all cases of return by default, the shipping costs will be borne by mirlett.com
The provisions of this clause for the return of defective products shall be without prejudice to the imperative rights that the consumer has to repair or replace the product, lower the price or terminate the contract in accordance with the provisions of Chapter II, Title V , Book II of the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16.
4. FORCE MAJEURE OR FORTUITOUS EVENT
Mirlett.com will not be responsible for the total noncompliance, defective fulfillment or delay in the fulfillment of any of the obligations to its position that had their cause in some case of force majeure or fortuitous event. The term obligations that may exist will be suspended in these cases during the entire period during which the situation of force majeure or fortuitous event continues, with the calculation being resumed once said circumstance of force majeure or fortuitous event disappears.
For returns of promotional items whose discount applies to a single item or promotions with a discount on the total of a purchase, the amount to be returned will be that which the customer paid for the item, which will appear on the purchase receipt and not the price that the article had without the promotion. In the event that you have used discount coupons for your purchase, please note that the value of the discount coupon used will not be refunded.
All amounts that had been previously collected by mirlett.com and that had to be returned to customers in accordance with the provisions of this clause, will be paid, as far as possible, through the same method of payment as I would have used it during the purchase.
The conditions established for the returns in this clause will be understood without prejudice to the imperative rights that the consumer has in accordance with current legislation. Consequently, when the return is made within the first 14 days from the moment of delivery, the provisions of articles 68 et seq. Of the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers will prevail over what is established in this clause. Users approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16.
Mirlett.com reserves the right to refuse returns sent after the deadline, or garments that are not in the same conditions in which they were sent to the customer.
Mirlett.com will not be responsible for returns paid by the customer that do not reach your warehouse.
Once we have reviewed and approved each and every one of the requirements established to make the return, we will proceed to the reimbursement of the amount of the pledge/s.
The estimated time for this processing varies according to the bank and payment method.
If the purchase has been made from a bank account through the payment gateway of Redsys, the refunds of the amount are usually between 48h and 72h.
If the purchase was made from a bank account but through Paypal the refund is slower and may take up to 14 business days.
